Agustinus Dawarja is the Managing Partner at LexRegis. He was born in Manggarai (Flores), graduated from Junior and Senior High School at the Seminary Pius XII Kisol (Flores), and graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Gadjah Mada (Yogyakarta). He is fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

He is the member of the Indonesian Advocates Associations (PERADI) and the Association of Capital Market Legal Consultant (HKPM), and member of the European Advocate Union (AEA).

He Concentrates his practis on general corporate and business law, including corporate finance, capital markets and securities, mergers and acquisitions, workouts and debt restructuring, foreign and domestic capital investment, plantation, land acquisitions, property, water construction & management.

Febby is a certified advocate of PERADI and strong professional graduated from Universitas Gadjah Mada (Yogyakarta) with majoring on Business Law.

She expertise various legal corporate matters. She assists client in legal assistance, foreign investment, dispute resolution, intellectual property rights, merger and acquisition, land acquisition, legal due diligence and other general corporate matters, as well as drafting business contract, providing legal opinion and legal memorandum, processing permits and licenses based on the sector of the company, ensuring the legal compliance of the clients for their business operation.

She also involves in intellectual property work and advises clients on all types of intellectual property, and has experience to provide legal support for initial public offering (IPO) in Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Ansi graduated from the Faculty of Law of Universitas Gadjah Mada (Yogyakarta) focusing on Private Law. She joined LexRegis team in 2012 and since then has been handling various corporate matters as well as personal clients. She expertise in employment relationship and labor law, contract drafting for business purpose as well as personal matters, domestic and foreign investment, family and inheritance law, as well as permit and licensing of a company based on the business sector.

She also has experience in assisting clients in syndicated loan, land acquisition, legal due diligence, dispute settlement, as well as providing legal memorandum and legal opinion on various legal matters. She speaks Bahasa Indonesia and English

Vincent joined LexRegis in 2019, he was born in Jakarta, graduated from Van Lith Senior High School in Muntilan, and graduated from the Faculty of Law of Tarumanagara University at 2016 focusing in criminal law.

He is a certified Advocate from Indonesian Advocates Associations (PERADI). Before he joined LexRegis, he was joining another reputable law firm and have experienced in police administration and also court administration.

He had experience in handling dispute in political party and have a certificate from constitutional court for regional head election dispute settlement training. He is familiar with criminal law and civil law in general.

Maria Eugeny is a partner in Corporate Finance and Tax, she was born in Jakarta graduated from Trisakti University Accountancy and she hold certified tax consultant since 2012. She is a member of Ikatan Konsultan Pajak Indonesia (Indonesia Tax Consultant Association) since 2012, Indonesia Management Accountant Association one of member Indonesia Accountant Associations since 1997.

She has strong experience in corporate advisory, tax advisory, investments, capital market, operational and financial turnaround, and official and/or voluntary liquidations. She has led numerous engagements including valuation, due diligence, capital structuring and exiting of investments, merger and acquisitions, capital raising, operational and financial improvement and restructuring, official and/or voluntary liquidations, forensic investigations, receiverships, and suspension of debt payment obligation, fund raising in financial institution, have strong knowledge in banking transaction such club deal, syndicated Loan, trade transaction with Big Local Bank and International Bank.

Her assignments relate to a wide range industries including cement integrated plant, chemical integrated, steel mill, aluminium mill, oil and gas exploration and production, mining, palm oil plantation, IT and Online Digital Business, consumer goods, trading, Property (High-rise Building, Hospitality and Landed house). She was a CFO of many big group companies in Indonesia and Public listed company, she worked with International Company-Nestle. She is familiar with the International Trading Transaction and International Taxation. She speaks Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Nikolas Simanjuntak is educated 7 (seven) years in Franciscan Seminary at Pematang Siantar, preliminary for philosophy and theology in humankind; Graduated, Postgraduated (SH, MH) and Doctorate (Dr.) in Legal Sciences. Experiencing as an Expert Staff at national parliament (DPR RI) for more than 20 years until 2021 actively involved in preparing resources data, analysis and legal regulations planning formulation within the strategic aspect of human rights and sustainable development for statehood, legislation and government controlling, until now having contribution in more than 70 state law regulations making (RUU/UU) such as the latest omnibus law “Cipta Kerja” (11/2020) within hundreds of actual strategic issues critical points concerning such as ease doing business legal certainty, equal justice and human rights inside thousand pages academic script within political process of contestation, duly having competence in performing researches, observations, focus group discussions for drafting, analyzing laws, and also conducting legal consultations and counseling to the parliament members, particularly for the issues related to the respective matters such as infrastructures, mining environments and sustainable developments and others relevant to the respective Committee and Ministerial agencies involved thereof
